Mindset, Leadership, Selbstbestimmung, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung. Ein Abend, vollgepackt mit Wissen und Kreativität, mit positiver Energie und dem Willen, etwas zu verändern! Das ist die „Nacht der Redner“ in St. Johann bei Kitzbühel. Ob Content-KriegerInnen, Bühnenmonster oder VorturnerInnen, eines haben alle unsere RednerInnen gemeinsam: Sie lieben Menschen und die Arbeit mit Ihnen.

Wir holen vier außergewöhnliche Persönlichkeiten auf unsere Bühne – Menschen, die nicht nur sprechen, sondern bewegen. Die dem Zuhörer die Möglichkeit geben, sich inspirieren zu lassen, sich Gedanken über das eigene Leben, die Träume und persönlichen Werte zu machen.

MINDFULBODY is a music-driven workout combining cardio, strength, breathwork and mindful stillness.

By activating individual muscle groups for longer periods, we build strength, stability and inner resilience. At the same time, flowing movements, music and breathing help to release stress, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with your body.
